Carrs Coatings, who are an National Landlords Association Recognised Supplier from Redditch, Worcestershire, manufactures Glixtone Fungi-Shield Anti-Mould & Blackspot Paint which has a 20 years lifespan.

GLIXTONE GROUP NO HANDLES copyGlixtone Fungi-Shield is an interior washable highly decorative paint for any internal areas that are susceptible to Mould and Blackspot.

Landlords face an on-going battle with properties and the infestation of mould which is both unsightly and a health hazard to their Tenants. Re-decoration is expensive, time consuming and disruptive. If Health Inspectors are notified this can also be a real problem to Landlords. Glixtone Fungi-Shield will not stop condensation or damp but when applied it is impossible for mould spores to survive on its surface as the active biocide is distributed evenly over the whole paint film and will keep killing the spores on contact. This is a LONG LASTING solution to what can be a never ending battle.

Glixtone Fungi-Shield Mould Paint copyManufactured in a different way to most other Anti-Mould Paints and uses a unique combination of our own biocides bonded to a ‘Thermal’ acrylic resin base. Most other products use an already made paint with a fungicide/algaecide added and mixed into this pre-made paint. This means that not all of the paint will carry the same amount of the fungicide which protects against mould growth when applied to a surface.

Glixtone Fungi-Shield is built as an Anti-Mould and Blackspot Paint with the manufacturing processes ensuring that the special acrylic resins and our biocides are both blended and bonded to each other. The process means that when produced every part of our paint has exactly the same amount of biocide giving a totally uniform distribution.

When used it will be noticed that the texture is that of ‘clotted cream’ and will flow from roller or paint brush with ease. It will also cover exceptionally well as it has a very high opacity rate. When applied the biocides will be active immediately and it may be noticed that very cold areas are slightly warmer due to the thermal resins that we use. After 5 days the surface will be fully washable making it ideal for Kitchens, Bathrooms, Living Rooms and Bedrooms etc.

We recommend Glixtone Sterilising Solution be used to remove any existing mould prior to the application of Glixtone Fungi-Shield. This is supplied in a concentrated form and when mixed with water will make 5 Litres of a Washing Solution. Remember to leave this to dry (do not wash off ) in order for it to continue to work for you.

  • 20 years and never a failure
  • Excellent for any internal areas susceptible to mould
  • Highly decorative finish
  • Washable
  • Easy to apply
  • Environmentally friendly

The paint comes in White or Magnolia as standard in a matt finish, and can be tinted to a pastel shade by Carrs Coatings distributors. It is a high quality acrylic emulsion paint, and is easy to apply with a roller or brush. After five days, the painted surface will be fully washable, making it ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms as well as bedrooms and living rooms.

This what one Customer has said ….

“As an experienced landlord and owner of a lettings agency, we were struggling to find a decorative solution to the problem of mould, which is usually caused by condensation.  We have tried several products however it wasn’t until we found Glixtone Fungi-Shield paint that we now have a viable cost effective solution that absolutely works.  This paint is now used effectively in the prevention of mould and black spot in all of our properties under management as well as my own.  I would wholeheartedly recommend this product to any end user looking to resolve mould and black spot in their homes”

Uzin The Sainsbury Gallery at the V&A copyA UZIN system was used to install the ‘herringbone’ wood floor with the new Sainsbury Gallery at the V&A. The Sainsbury Gallery opened in June 2017 as a part of the V&A Exhibition Road Quarter. The expansion created a beautiful and unique space for London, and a world class gallery space for the V&A’s internationally acclaimed exhibition programme. The 1100 square metre column-free Sainsbury Gallery, is one of the largest temporary exhibition spaces in the UK and was created by excavating 18 metres below ground, directly beneath the V&A’s Grade I listed buildings.

The flooring contractor Architectural Flooring Specialists decided to use UZIN products because a high quality finish was vital at this prestigious project.  UZIN provide fail safe installation systems. UZIN also provided exceptional technical service and back up throughout the installation to help with any queries during the project. Firstly UZIN PE 404, resin DPM was used to protect the floor from residual moisture within the concrete substrate. UZIN PE 280 a rapid drying primer was then applied to the floor before UZIN NC 150, a heavy duty smoothing compound was installed. UZIN MK 92 wood adhesive was then used to install the intricate herringbone parquet floor. The new Sainsbury Gallery provides a spectacular, dynamic and flexible exhibition space and the floor helps create an outstanding, unique and atmospheric environment.

UFH - FINISHED ROOMS 7Having a warm and comfortable space to come home to in the winter months is just as important as having a vibrant and relaxing space to enjoy in the summer. This was key for Bill and Vicki Douglas, following a recent extension of their family home. So, when it came to selecting a heating system, they turned to Hep2O for an underfloor heating (UFH) solution.
The Douglas’s extension involved the building of a beautiful 25m2 orangery. Central to the brief was the need for a heating solution that would connect and integrate the existing part of their property – their kitchen – with the new extension. To meet these requirements, Hep2O UFH products were selected to link the new to existing areas and ensure an even heat distribution across both.

AKWORTH UFH 66The UFH was installed into the new orangery extension using the Hep2O staple system, and into the existing kitchen using the panel system, in between joists/battens. Hep2O staple systems offer a cost effective solution for screeded floors, as well as flexibility of design which was essential for a project of this nature.  Furthermore, joist panels sit between the joists and do not effect build height, making it ideal for existing properties.

AKWORTH UFH 67 1 1Panel systems were used to cover the 10m2 .kitchen area which led into the orangery, where the staple systems were used to cover 25m2 of the new floor area. In total 80m coils of pipe were used.

This system also provides the Douglas’s with the benefit of being able to control the heating temperature from a phone, with Hep2O’s Neo Hub.

Commenting on the project, Steve Harris, Technical Services Engineer at Hep2O said:

“It was great to work with the Douglas’s in order to help them find an energy efficient heating solution for their home, whilst also ensuring maximum comfort. At Hep2O, we use tools such as our HepCalc, a proprietary UFH system calculator, to precisely determine and scope out the most effective products for the project, and the quantities required.”

UFH - FINISHED ROOMS 21Bill Douglas added: “Hep2O’s underfloor heating system really compliments our new orangery and we’re not the only ones chuffed with it either, our two dogs seem to have a new favourite room too.

The installation of the UFH system was seamless, we initially thought that it may be a very complicated job as we wanted the underfloor heating system to move from the extension into our kitchen, but this wasn’t an issue at all. We would recommend the use of Hep2O for anyone else considering a project similar to ours.”

Each underfloor heating project is different and can present challenges along the way. With a wide variety of products available, Hep2O offers a range of solutions that can help tackle these issues, so you can make the best decision for the project.

The considerable benefits of underfloor heating are now widely understood but should you install a wet or electric system? Gaia Climate Solutions’ Steven Rooney weighs up the options

While many people now appreciate the benefits an underfloor heating (UFH) system can bring, the question still asked by many is which is better – a wet (hydronic) system or an electric system?

Devimat lifestyleChoosing any heating solution is invariably closely geared to meeting Building Regulations. Until recently, electric underfloor heating was widely employed, but today’s SAP calculations tend to weigh against the sole use of electricity for heating in new build residential developments. Ultimately though, as gas and oil reserves dwindle, prices rise, and electricity generation becomes less reliant on fossil fuels, it seems likely that electricity may be seen as the preferred form of heating once again.

Higher levels of insulation and the consequent reduction in the level of heating required can push the balance towards electric systems. With Passivhaus in particular, the need for heating is minimal so it may not seem as necessary to install a radiator or wet underfloor system fed by a gas boiler – which takes up space and needs servicing – when an electric underfloor system can do the same job on the few occasions heating is needed?

Similarly, electric systems are frequently the first choice in the retrofit market because of the availability of mat systems that are less than 4 mm thick, so can be laid on top of existing floors. Wet systems are simply not that thin, although wet UFH can be installed within suspended timber floors.

Wet System LifestyleWet UFH is a clear winner where air or ground source heat pumps or district heating systems are employed as it requires water temperatures of only 45- 50 degrees celsius; much lower than radiator systems.

While comfort for the end user will be exactly the same whichever system is chosen, it is worth remembering that electric mats installed near the surface offer the advantage of a much shorter reaction time than pipes or cables set into a screed. This can be useful in situations where ‘instant’ heat is required.

Overall, supply and installation cost comparisons typically bring both wet and electric systems in at a very similar figure of around £12-14 per m2, including the relevant thermostats. This cost parity results from a number of factors. When making direct comparisons between wet and electric systems, the speed with which the pipe or cable is installed is much the same for both. However, while the pipe used with wet systems is relatively cheap, overall installation costs are higher and the cost of a boiler or heat pump must be added. With electric UFH, the installation costs are less, but the cable is more expensive.

Kitchen LifestyleWhen it comes to running costs, electric systems are marginally more expensive but maintenance is inevitably greater with wet systems, especially if the boiler or heat pump is included in the equation. There are also moving parts in the manifold and annual safety checks are required. Taking these factors into account, the comparative running costs for heating a two bedroom, new build, semi-detached house over 20 years are around £17,804 for a wet UFH system running off a gas boiler and £12,623 for electric UFH. Although electric UFH is invariably promoted as being ‘maintenance free’, these figures include replacement thermostats.

Both wet and electric systems generally come with 10-year insurance backed warranties, while the pipe for wet systems frequently carries a 50-year manufacturer’s warranty. The associated controls tend to be backed by a two-year warranty. Realistically, the underfloor elements of both systems are usually considered to last the lifetime of the building.

The overriding commonality between wet and electric UFH systems lies in the controls and considerable research and development in this area has benefited both systems. Importantly, this has made UFH even more efficient as it allows systems to operate only when needed and to the exact level of heat output required. Wireless systems offer further flexibility and can link to building management systems with touch screen control or even control from a mobile phone. Wet and electric UFH systems may be linked to operate through a single controller.

Bathroom LifestyleConsequently, complementary wet and electric UFH systems may be installed in a single building. This allows for the highest levels of user comfort while achieving exceptional energy efficiency. For example, in tiled areas, an electric system may be installed to take the chill off the floor in the summer without the need to fire up a boiler or heat pump. Meanwhile, a wet system is installed in those areas where heating is only required during colder periods. On occasions, the two systems are combined to an even greater degree with heating pipes laid into the screed while cable mats are laid above to achieve the ultimate in energy efficiency and comfort.

When it comes to answering the question of ‘which is better’, wet and electric UFH systems have almost equal merit, and it is very much a case of horses for courses.

A flexible brick finish to suit any residential project

Building Products Index Ltd Cladding Leave a Comment

Eurobrick was first to introduce a comprehensively designed brick slip cladding system to the UK nearly 30 years ago, and has supplied many different kinds of residential housing projects since. These days, increasing numbers of projects are delivered using modern methods of construction but brick remains a popular finish, particularly in British architecture. This can raise questions about the best way to achieve a brick finish without hampering the many benefits of modern construction. But Eurobrick offer a number of flexible brick slip cladding solutions, that can fulfill the needs of any residential project.

The off-site construction and modular sectors have long recognised the benefits of brick slip cladding compared to traditional brickwork. Without doubt, ease and speed of installation is a major benefit. Eurobrick’s systems are robust enough to be installed off-site and withstand the stresses of being lifted, transported to site on the back of a lorry and craned into position. A modular building that can be delivered to site without requiring substantial finishing works to the exterior helps reduce on-site operations which can be costly, are subject to other scheduled site activities or delays and can be at the mercy of the weather.

The systems are lightweight, compared to traditional brickwork, and are easy to handle and cut to size. In a controlled factory environment, an installer should be able to install at least 1m² per hour. Only semi-skilled labour is needed, so with the skills shortage in the construction industry, reducing dependency on traditional skilled labour is also a benefit.

Eurobick Leighton Road 1Eurobrick’s systems can be installed both on- or off-site and are suitable for both new-build or retrofit projects. The wide range of brick slips now available allows for matching finishes to existing structures, or keeping in style with other housing in a local area. A new build development on Leighton Road in London, recently took advantage of this. Two new buildings linked by a courtyard provide a mix of apartments, maisonettes and duplexes, along with a commercial office space. Eurobrick supplied their X-Clad system for the project and brick slips were sourced to fit in with the surrounding area, providing an attractive contemporary design.

Eurobrick Cotton Exchange imageEurobrick’s X-Clad system also allows for adding layers of insulation from 17-100mm thick which can help to meet the U-Value targets of a project and provide benefits to existing housing stock that needs updating or suffers from poor insulation. The Cotton Exchange in London is a good example of this. This project involved the conversion and redevelopment of a dilapidated warehouse into thirty four loft style apartments. X-Clad was used to provide insulation to the older property and the building has been given a new lease of life.

Eurobrick Norwood Road 1If space is at a premium, building upwards is also achievable with Eurobrick. The systems are lightweight and do not require the foundations associated with traditional masonry. When adding extra floors, the low weight can simplify design and reduce engineering costs. Norwood Road is an interesting example of this type of project.  A residential development where existing floors above a ground floor retail unit were demolished in order to build nine new apartments above the store below. This was particularly challenging, as the store was to remain trading during construction. Eurobrick’s P-Clad system helped to minimize disruption.

As well as providing a flexible finish, brick slip cladding is durable too. It weathers and ages like conventional brickwork and requires little to no maintenance. Eurobrick systems are guaranteed for 25 years and have been independently tested and certified by the British Board of Agrément (BBA) and are LABC (Local Authority Building Control) registered.

There are many advantages to brick slip cladding, most notably the aesthetic advantage of achieving a real brick finish without compromising on speed of delivery, giving it a firm place in the future of modern construction.

For more information on Eurobrick, please visit www.eurobrick.co.uk. Eurobrick also has a showroom at its Bristol office which is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

ACO BD banner_PushACO Building Drainage is to exhibit at this year’s Foodex exhibition (16-18 April).  The
company, which engineers and manufactures hygienically designed drainage systems for the food and drinks industry, will be showcasing its market-leading range of hygienically designed drainage products as well as talking about recent research projects conducted by the internationally respected Fraunhofer Institute and with flooring specialist Sika.

Commissioned by ACO, the independent research conducted by The Fraunhofer Institute evaluated how the use of hygienically designed products affects the cleanability of drainage systems. The study found that hygienically engineered and designed drainage channels could be effectively and completely cleaned in less than 10 minutes whereas non-hygienic channel still has 2 per cent residual soiling after an extended rinsing time of more than three hours.

The research project undertaken with Sika was conducted to identify the compatibility of common floor-drain connections and to develop the industry’s first best practice specification guidelines  with a view to minimising failures in the floor/drainage connection.
Both research projects underline ACO‘s ongoing committment to research-led product development – a core part of its HygieneFirst approach which aims to raise  standards across every part of the hygienic drainage process from design and installation through to cleaning and ongoing maintenance.

Further information on the research findings will be available on the ACO Building Drainage stand, number P240.  Visitors will also be able to talk to ACO’s drainage specification experts about their latest projects and to learn more about the company’s drainage portfolio which includes channel, gullies, gratings and kerb products.

Howe Green Team ImageAt Howe Green we are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve the service we offer to our customers.  We appreciate that the actual products we supply – the floor, wall and ceiling access covers – are just one of the elements that influence the decision to buy.  The additional services we make available all contribute towards the overall customer experience.

Within the construction sector the specification has always been a crucial factor in helping architects and specifiers to decide which products should be used in a particular project and to communicate their preferred selection to other building services professionals.  The consequences of substituting products for a cheaper alternative, effectively breaking the specification, have been highlighted by the tragic events of June 2017.

Over many years the Technical Department at Howe Green has worked closely with architects, specifiers and contractors to ensure that bespoke access solutions can be designed and manufactured to address all manner of challenges when it comes to accessing concealed services.

Our lives are becoming increasing entrenched in the digital world of 24/7 access. This appetite for instant gratification is prevalent in the workplace.  Our team realise that whilst we enjoy the personal interactions and helping people there are customers who would prefer to access as much information as possible to prepare their specification without having to talk to us!  They want accurate and relevant data, presented in an appropriate manner, at their fingertips.

It is for this reason that Howe Green has recently made a significant investment in a library of National Building Specification (NBS) product specification clauses.  The library includes the range of Howe Green floor access covers, Bilco fixed vertical ladders and the Bilco LadderUP® Safety Post.

Managing Director of Bilco UK Ltd and Howe Green Ltd, James Fisher, comments, “Since the acquisition of Howe Green in March last year we have been looking at how to bring the Bilco and Howe Green brands together in order to deliver our ‘safe access all areas’ proposition.  Bilco has offered a full range of NBS specifications and BIM drawings for many years and we know how valuable they are to customers.  We wanted to invest in similar assets for the Howe Green range.  Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for architects and specifiers to access information that will make their lives easier.  Subscribing to NBS is part of this strategy.

In our experience you cannot underestimate the value of a comprehensive specification. It has the ability to minimise risk and uncertainty, improve compliance, as well as saving time and money.”

A full library of BIM drawings is currently being created which will further enhance the resources available for specifiers, architects and contractors.

You can access the NBS specifications from the Resources section of our product pages.

If you have any questions about specifications or would prefer to pick up the phone and talk to us we would love to hear from you!

_JONLucas_5973-balconyEnvironmental issues influence the construction industry at every stage of the building process. Government legislation and the Building Regulations have become more stringent with every update, requiring more sustainable approaches, and driving the industry to design, construct and deliver more energy-efficient buildings.

Building balconies and terraces over heated space is problematic for architects, designers and contractors: in new-build applications, stringent regulatory requirements and long-term economic viability have created greater demand for improved energy efficiency, while roofing designers and installers must strive to keep overall construction as thin as possible.

In order to meet the required U-values, the insulation will sometimes be installed both on top of and on the underside of the balcony or terrace. Not only can this be time-consuming, technically challenging and pose a condensation risk, it can also add unnecessary costs and increase the overall thickness of the construction.

There remains a huge industry demand for thinner and better performing products that will have a smaller impact on constructability and function in use. In practice, optimum performance will always be achieved by using the right combination of product, surface preparation and application procedures.

ProTherm Quantum
® VIP Inverted Roof Insulation System provides a state of the Quantum new step-up diagramart insulation solution for inverted roofs designed to be used as balconies, terraces, podiums and green roofs built over heated space. Thanks to its ultra-high thermal performance the Quantum® system can dramatically reduce the thickness of an inverted roofing system providing the solution to counter low upstands against the increasing thickness of traditional EPS & XPS products specified in order to meet more stringent thermal demands.

The Quantum Systems ®

A ProTherm Quantum® Hybrid inverted roof system is the most popular solution. Using a combination of both XPS and Quantum® an exceptional thermal outcome can normally be supplied without compromising the internal upstand and deliver the ability to maintain a level floor between both internal and external spaces.

A ProTherm Quantum® Pure inverted roof system is the thinnest solution possible where the severe lack of space calls for using just the Quantum® panel. Even in these challenging conditions this system will offer outstanding results.

Quantum section annotated_revCentral to both systems’ outstanding thermal performance is the Quantum® Vacuum Insulated Panel (VIP). Manufactured in a UK based, state-of-the-art production facility, the world’s first BBA Certified inverted roof system (No. 16/5347), ProTherm Quantum® has been assessed in accordance with ETAG 031 and has a Declared (aged) thermal conductivity of 0.008 W/m K, up to five times better than other commonly available inverted insulation materials.

Radmat offers extensive technical support at all stages of the construction process, enabling the development of appropriate and efficient design solutions for a wide range of building projects. The company is committed to supplying first class materials, installed by an approved list of contractors and agrees designs that are both practical and cost effective. Eurocell BPindex February 2018 Insite Ecobuild (2)Eurocell is promising to deliver a whole host of benefits to the timber frame and offsite construction sectors with the launch of its new InSite window solution. InSite will enable timber frame manufacturers to install fully glazed, fully finished windows into wall panels as part of the factory production process, thereby reducing on site disruption and labour costs while saving time on build programme schedules. The new system can be viewed at Ecobuild 2018 on stand G22.

There are also significant health and safety benefits with factory fitting and the reduction in manual handling, as well as an estimated 30% improvement in transportation yields because the windows are fully recessed, allowing panels to be stacked flush when loaded.

Eurocell BPindex February 2018 Insite Ecobuild (1)InSite comprises market-leading PVC-U window performance with an innovative fixing method that allows factory fitting of the window directly into the wall panel. Once the timber wall panel has been erected on-site, the windows are checked to ensure they are plumb and square and then simply secured to the first fix position by pushing the frame outwards to lock it into position. An intelligent design modification enables cills to be simply clipped on and mechanically secured once the windows are locked into position. The whole panel assembly can be made watertight within one day so interior trades can begin work immediately, saving time on programme.

As part of its development, the InSite system has been fully tested, including resisting wind load pressures well in excess of 200mph – significantly beyond the highest Category 5 hurricane winds rating (156mph+). Design calculations have been verified by independent timber frame structural engineers. Owing to the controlled nature of manufacture, the installed windows offer leading energy efficiency performance, with a U-value of just 0.8 W/m2 possible, a level that far exceeds current Building Regulations requirements.

A 10-year product guarantee* on InSite windows provides customer peace of mind, as does full product traceability, thanks to a simplified supply chain and centralised documentation.

Talking about the launch, Chris Coxon, Group Head of Marketing at Eurocell, said: “InSite is an engineered solution that gives off-site construction specialists an opportunity to increase efficiencies and quality at key stages of the manufacturing and building process, so they receive the benefits they promote to their clients and streamline the construction process further, resulting in a safer, faster build time.”

“Since there is no need to store windows on site there is no danger of damage or theft and the reduction in manual handling also significantly cuts the number of health and safety issues to be dealt with. Programme time is not affected by issues like scaffolding obscuring the installation of windows, especially as preparing InSite for external cladding and internal plastering can all be done from the inside. Similarly, site traffic is reduced because there are no window deliveries,” he adds.

Problematic Residential Basement 2 copySPECIFICATION

NBS Specification J40 (Clause 290) Flexible Sheet Tanking/ Damp Proofing.

BS 8102:2009 Type C Drianed Protection.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS

  • Koster Polysil TG500 Anti Lime Coating/Surface Primer,
  • Delta MS 500,
  • Delta PT Delta, Problematic Residential Basement 5 copy
  • MS 20 Perimeter drainage channel
  • Delta Dual V3 Sump Pump

 Overview

The scope of the project was to renovate a problematic damp residential basement to create a habitable dry living space. The property is a magnificent Victorian detached residence, built around 1850.  The accommodation is extremely versatile and extends to around 5569 sq ft.  The property’s extensive basements consisted of: hallway, three chamber rooms, storeroom and wine cellar. The Victorian property in a sought after setting, in Altrincham, Manchester.

Problematic Residential Basement 3 copyAltrincham’s bedrock consists mainly of Keuper Waterstone (a type of sandstone). The project required sympathetic renovation, the property retaining a wealth of impressive original features including deep skirting boards, cornicing’s, mouldings, windows and shutters. Timberwise’s team were called upon to investigate the damp issues and to suggest remedial options which would incorporate BS 8102:2009.

All basements should be constructed (or retrofitted) to cope with groundwater levels up to the full retained height of the basement.  Structural waterproofing preserves the integrity of a structure whilst ensuring the usefulness of the building for present and future use.

Methodology

Problematic Residential Basement 4 copyWhere specified all basement waterproofing projects carried out by Timberwise are designed and installed in accordance with the current British Standard BS8102:2009 “The Code of Practice for Protection of Below Ground Structures against Water from the Ground”. The Delta Cavity Drain Membrane System was installed allowing water to continue to penetrate through the wall where the flow could be controlled within the air gap between the Cavity Problematic Residential basement 6 copyDrainage Membrane and the wall. Perimeter drainage channel manages the flow of the water through to a suitable drainage point or sump pump. Prior to installation of the Type C Cavity Drain Membrane, an application of Koster Polysil TG 500 anti-lime surface primer was applied to all new concrete surfaces. When new concrete forms there is a risk of excess free lime and mineral salts leaching out during the curing process. When a cavity drainage system is used in this type of application, a pre-treatment of the concrete is used to reduce the risk of free lime build up and blocking of the drainage cavity and perimeter channel.

Problematic Residential basement 7 copyVentilation Systems

The Waterproofing Design Specialist recommended that adequate ventilation and heating must be specified in the overall basement conversion in accordance with Part F of the Building Regulations.

Sump Pump System

A Delta PowerMaxx battery back-up and AlertMaxx2 Wi-Fi enabled alarm was installed to complement the system. A Delta Dual V3 sump pump system was installed to keep the area underneath the building dry and to prevent it from flooding. The sump pump’s job is to pump the water out of the pit and away from the building so the basement stays dry.

Case study review

Timberwise transformed what was a damp unused basement into a dry habitable living area. The customer was left fully satisfied with the end result. Having installed the system Timberwise provided the customer with a 10 year guarantee giving long term peace of mind.
